ragingHungryPanda I went around and found some out of the way spots, including this shrine up the top of a path. Behind the shrine was another gate that opened out to the view. It feld like almost transitioning into another space, so I made sure that I went through the tori gate in both directions so I wouldn't get stuck in the spirit realm or something.
